Adult Class with Zoe Ramsey

Zoe's weekly courses usually come in blocks of 8 classes and they fill up very quickly!

These classes focus on the enjoyment of movement and dance. Everyone can enjoy dancing! It is not exclusive to a certain type of person. Zoe wishes to open the door to all adults to experience this. 

Through improvisation and set sequences she will invite a different way of thinking about dancing. A supportive environment will allow each participant to build confidence in their ability to move and dance.
